2. Offers and pricing

Offers are valid for a limited time and may change; prices exclude unforeseen works.

3. Execution and timing

Work is performed according to schedule; force majeure delays are not a breach.

4. Liability

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific work; no indirect damages.

5. Governing law

Latvian law applies; disputes are resolved by competent authorities.
