Estrotech-H binder / adhesive — material kit
The Estrotech-H system consists of a special binder/adhesive, recycled EPS granules, and water.
Optimal mixing ratio
- 1 bag (14,5 kg) of Estrotech-H binder/adhesive
- 1 bag (200 L) of EPS granules
- 11 L of clean water
How it works
The mix is prepared using a mixer-pump unit, which ensures uniform mixing and delivery of the material to the application area. After application, Estrotech-H cures in approximately 24–48 hours (depending on ambient temperature and humidity).
Once fully cured, a sound and vapour barrier PE foil (PE5/300) is laid as an intermediate layer before installing the final floor covering.
On small projects or in hard-to-reach areas, Estrotech-H can also be mixed manually using a suitable container and a handheld mixer, following the ratios above.
By adjusting the amount of binder/adhesive, the physical properties of the final material — density, strength and thermal conductivity — can be tuned to your project’s requirements.
